3. Unique UI / UX & functionality that cannot be replicated by AI: STRICTLY no generic AI slop. I need to see both UI designs and functionality that's unique, user focused, intuitive and cannot be replicated easily by AI.
The ROI Guarantee from YRW Technologies protects buyers if the acquired business does not reach a pre-agreed revenue target within 3 to 12 months after acquisition.
For context, our main marketing strategy simply involves identifying future trends early and positioning each business so it can be discovered by the time the trend takes off. We use this same strategy across a portfolio of 25+ businesses.
If a buyer acquires a business from us, the ROI Guarantee includes continued SEO marketing efforts from YRW until the agreed revenue target is met. If the target is still not achieved by the deadline, the buyer may choose to return the business to YRW for either a full buyback at the original sale price, or a pre-agreed buyback value based on the revenue the business is generating at the time of the buyback.
YRW Technologies cannot refuse the buyback as it will be a mandatory resolution deal written into the contract if the revenue target is not met.
This gives buyers additional confidence, knowing their acquisition is backed by an ROI Guarantee.
1 - SEO ROI Only
This is where we continue applying our own SEO, AEO & GEO marketing efforts to the sold business so that the revenue generated from organic SEO alone exceeds a pre-agreed amount by the confirmation of sale, once 6–12 months has elapsed.
We usually agree on 45% to 90% of the sale amount, after 3 - 12 months, but just bear in mind that no matter what the agreed & is, the asset will continue to generate revenue from our marketing efforts alone, several months after the ROI guarantee is fulfilled.
If, after the agreed timeframe, the business has not surpassed the agreed revenue target through our organic SEO efforts, we will buy back the business, at the buyer's discretion, for either the original purchase price or another fixed buyback price that was agreed upon before the sale, based on the MRR of the business at the time of the buyback.
There are no strings attached. The buyer also keeps 100% of all revenue generated by the business during their period of ownership, if they choose to exercise the buyback option.
Important requirement - You will need to have your own writer who can publish content to the site on demand, according to our request. We will tell you which keywords to target, and we will also continue building backlinks to the business.
If you choose this option, we still require you to apply your own marketing efforts in other areas such as paid ads and influencer marketing. Only the revenue driven from our SEO efforts will count towards the ROI guarantee.
2 - No Guarantee For Smaller Sales (<$25k)
