Agreement & Revenue Share Structure

What YRW Can Provide
  • Fully detailed marketing strategy. We have an internat teal who have expertise in paid ads, SEO (& GEO, AEO), influencer marketing and reddit marketing. We can come up with a complete marketing strategy and excecution plan if you wish to excecute it. For example, here is one influencer marketing plans we sent to influencers for one of our products.

    Revenue Share

    The revenue split will depend on several factors, including:

    • The level of control and involvement you intend to have in the business.
    • The amount of capital you plan to invest into marketing initially, and the percentage of monthly revenue you intend to reinvest.
    • The level of control you want over the product vision and future development.
    • The marketing knowledge and expertise you bring to the partnership.

    Our Ideal Partnership Structure

    Ideally, this is the structure we'd like to work with, although we're absolutely open to discussing alternative arrangements.

    YRW Will Be Responsible For
    • Initial product development.
    • Subsidised API usage for life.
    • Future development and product improvements to a certain extent agreed upon beforehand
    You Will Be Responsible For
    • Marketing strategy and execution.
    • Non-technical operations
    Revenue / Equity Split
    • 20% for YRW.
    • 80% for you.

    • Development expertise (if applicable)
    • Capital and long-term time commitment you intend to invest into the business.

    How YRW Plans to Make This a Safe Partnership

    The majority of the business will belong to you.

    The domain, hosting, and Stripe account will all be in your name.

    All revenue will be paid directly to you. At the end of each month, you'll simply transfer YRW's agreed percentage.

    You may buy out YRW's remaining share at any stage if you wish. The terms of this buyout will be agreed upon in the contract beforehand.

    Revenue and equity sharing can also begin only after an agreed MRR milestone has been reached. For example, revenue sharing may only commence once the business surpasses $100,000 MRR.
