Skills & Qualities I like to see:

1. Innovation, thinking outside of the box & problem solving: You're going to face problems. You need to be able to prove that you can come up with innovative solutions to bottlenecks you and your product may face. I'm looking for builders who always come up with good ideas that blow my mind.

2. Product vision & competitive advabntage: Think from the perspective of the user and come up with unique features and ideas that improve the UX so significantly that the product stands out far from the competitors.

3. Unique UI / UX that cannot be replicated by AI: STRICTLY no generic AI slop.

I prefer to invest in pre-revenue or very low revenue businesses........

........because the ROI is significantly higher.

Some might argue that it's significantly riskier, but that's not always the case for me.

Based on historical data, what inflates the price of businesses is the proof of concept, users and other things you can only get through distribution of the product rather than the development / production.

That's why teeny tiny $10k MRR business sell for $250k+ 

Based on this, it is evident that most people acutally pay for marketing as opposed to the product itself. You hear many founders say that the hard part is the marketing itself, rather than the building.

But imagine if marketing became so easy and efficient? Well thats a reality for me, and it's the reason why i NEVER buy or invest into high rev. companies ever again.

Buying a $10k MRR business at the conventional sale price as someone who does not suffer from the marketing bottleneck that 99.9% of other buinsess face, is like paying for air.

Because I can get into a $0 rev. high poitential business very quickly, blow it up very easily.

For this reason, i spend most of my budgets on brand new businesses who have founders who:
- never give up
- learn quickly
- aren't afraid to face challenges
- innovate new solutions to solve complex problems efficiently and effecvtively
- aren't afraid to do their own thing and not go with the flow

While most investors put money into the product, i put money into the innovators themselves.
